What we hold you to
Read these before applying. They are short on purpose — every one of them exists because breaking it damages someone else's story.
Conduct
How players treat each other out of character. These are not negotiable and apply equally to everyone, staff included.
1.1Treat every player with respect out of character. In-character conflict is encouraged; personal hostility is not.
Zero tolerance1.2Slurs, harassment and discrimination of any kind end in a permanent ban without appeal.

Roleplay standards
The expectations that make a persistent city work. Break these and the world stops meaning anything.
2.1Value your life. Act as though your character fears injury and death, because both are permanent enough to matter.
Enforced2.2Do not use information your character has no way of knowing. What you heard on a stream is not what your character heard.
Enforced2.3Do not force outcomes on other players. Give them the chance to react.
Enforced2.4Stay in character in-game. Take out-of-character matters to a ticket rather than to the street.

Conflict and crime
Violence is part of the city. These rules keep it meaningful instead of constant.
3.1Hostile action requires clear initiation. Give your target a demand and a moment to comply.
Enforced3.2After a death, your character does not remember who killed them. Do not return to the scene.
Enforced3.3Keep crew sizes proportionate. Overwhelming numbers are not a strategy, they are an ending.

Software, exploits and the boundary between a bug and an advantage.
4.1Cheats, injectors and any modification granting an advantage result in a permanent ban.
Zero tolerance4.2Report bugs rather than using them. Knowingly exploiting one is treated as cheating.
Zero tolerance4.3If you stream, do not read chat about live in-game events. Delay or moderate as needed.
